WCS Students Take Top Awards at LEAPS STEM Program

Approximately 25 Woodcrest Christian high School students participated in the 2^nd annual Riverside Law Enforcement and Public Safety (LEAPS) STEM program this summer. This is a partnership between various law enforcement departments, RUSD and WCS designed to encourage students in the area of technology and law enforcement. Over the course of a week of classes and hands on experiences, teams bring to life various ideas to assist law enforcement and public safety departments in their duties and gain valuable leadership experience. Woodcrest Christian teams placed 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd this year! Congratulations to all of our students and a job well done!
