WCS student, Jibiana Jakpor, has received the gold medal for Earth and Space Science at the National NAACP ACT-SO competition in Detroit! ACT-SO is the “Olympics of the Mind”—Afroacademic Cultural Technological Scientific Olympics. We are excited to announce that WCS alumna Madeleine Chaffin and current students (pictured above) Ella Whitehouse, Elyssa Smith, and Klaudia Blaszczyk have all been awarded 2019 “Splash into Cash” Contest winners!
