Woodcrest Christian School System was founded on one defining principle: All truth is God’s Truth and with that understanding we incorporate the principles of God’s Word in all academic content. Our school began in 1948 by a group of women led by Mrs. Matilda Randall who saw a need for Christian education in Riverside. Over the next seven decades, an amazing group of men and women would lead with inspiration and enthusiasm for providing Christ-centered academics and preparing generations of students for the future.
While our goal is to provide an education wrapped around core Biblical truths led by Bible believing, Christian teachers, we also intentionally provide opportunities and experiences to help grow and shape students into Christian leaders. Through weekly chapel services, student-led discipleship groups, Bible studies, and mission trip opportunities, students are challenged and prepared to live their Christian convictions.
