Summer Day Camp
SUMMER DAY CAMP
Summer Day Camp is a fun-filled five-week adventure for students finishing TK-6th grade. Students participate in activities, games, and field trips centered around a unique camp theme. Reading, math, computers and other studies are woven into the program through fun challenges, games, and projects. Summer Day Camp usually begins the second Monday following the last day of the regular school year.
Camp Hours
Camp hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Special arrangements may be made for Extended Day Care which is available 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Activities will be on our school campus, except scheduled trips. There will be no summer camp and the campus will be closed on Independence Day.

Field Trips
Off-campus trips are usually scheduled each week. Entry fees and transportation costs for scheduled trips are generally covered by tuition for full-time campers and normally occur during regular camp hours. However, some out-of-town trips will have special instructions, sign-up fees, and time schedules.
Lunch, Attire, Personal Items
Campers are to bring a lunch and drink each day, unless otherwise instructed. Proper camper attire includes tennis shoes, T-shirts, and pants (walking shorts are ok). Swimsuit and towel should be brought on days when swimming is scheduled. All personal items brought to camp require teacher’s prior approval and must be labeled with name and room number.
Teachers
The Summer Day Camp and the Extended Day Care are staffed by selected teachers and staff who are specially trained for these functions. The same Christ-centered standards that are utilized during the school year are also implemented in our summer programs.
Tuition & Enrollment
Tuition for Summer Day Camp offers a discounted rate for all five weeks, or a per week rate. Rates are posted on the Summer Day Camp application available in April. Extended Day Care fees are commensurate with monthly rates for the regular school year since the daily times are generally the same. The first tuition payment is due by the first day of Summer Day Camp. Enrollment is available after April 15 and closes when classes are filled.
