It’s time to Get Organized! (GO! Day) – August 12th – It’s GO! time. This is a “one-stop shop” event designed to help you Get Organized with everything you need to succeed this year.

All High School Students please plan to join us for GO! Day at the following times based on your grade level:

August 12th: Seniors 9am | Juniors 10am | Sophomores 11am | Freshman 12noon

For families unable to attend, you may pick up your class schedule before school on the first day in the library.

Here’s what the day will include:

  1. Take and purchase school photos-come in school dress code (this will be your yearbook and ID card photo). School photo packages may be pre-purchased. Package information and pre-order links will be sent via email.
    SENIORS: All seniors must come in dress code to take a photo and receive a school ID card. Seniors will schedule a separate session with Cherished Memories for their official yearbook photo.
  2. Receive your class schedule
  3. Purchase your yearbook ($80)
  4. Purchase English novels/Bibles/art materials (cost varies by grade level)
  5. Purchase PE clothes ($20/set)
  6. Purchase(and get fitted for your Choir or Band outfits (cost varies by performing group ranges $60-$140)
  7. Rent your school locker ($20 rental fee plus the enclosed locker contract signed by both parent and student!)
  8. Check out your textbooks from the school library (cover all of your text books before school begins)
  9. Pay for your Senior Fee Package ($299- includes all of your graduation items, graduation gowns, tassels, gradhat, and senior retreat fee; Senior Retreat will be on August 31st-September 2nd at Thousand Pines Camp.)
  10. Students who plan to drive and park on campus will register their vehicle and receive their parking sticker allowing them to park on campus. Driver’s license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance is required.
  11. Senior Parking Spaces – Spots will be reserved at GO! Day. The cost is $40 for standard spots. Premium covered parking is $50. Bring all related documentation to GO! Day. See the additional handout for further information and an explanation of the rules.
